The Univé store was developed with the aim of renewing the customer service from the store and showing “back to the strengths” of Univé. The layout shows that Univé in Enschede becomes much more relevant. The concept is based on the core concepts of ‘personal’ and ‘close by’. The goal is also satisfied employees and the recruitment of more customers through the atmosphere of the store.
