The Univé store was developed with the aim of renewing customer service from the store, and showing “back to the strengths” of Univé. The design ensures that Univé Lelystad becomes much more relevant. The concept is based on the core concepts of ‘personal’ and ‘close by’. The goal is to have satisfied employees and recruitment of more customers because of the atmosphere the store exudes.
