LEF stands for Learn, Explore and Fine dining. The design focused on the diversity of international cuisine and the student. By opening up the kitchen, it is possible to literally ‘take a look into the kitchen’. Important design principles we applied are Multicultural, Hospitality, Craft and Learning.
