The restaurant takes visitors back to the pioneering age of aviation, when flying was still an adventure of courage and craftsmanship. Early aircraft were built with lightweight wooden frames, and their wings were covered with fabric—tightly stretched and lacquered to add strength. Propellers were crafted from solid wood, carefully shaped for optimal aerodynamics. We translated these historic materials and techniques into the interior design of the restaurant.
For example, the ceiling fans are made entirely of solid wood, directly referencing the propellers of the past. The custom-made ceiling light fixture is inspired by the fabric-covered wooden wings of early airplanes, giving the restaurant a distinctive, historically grounded signature.
The interior exudes classic elegance and refined sophistication. All furniture, lighting, and detailing are fully custom-made, using premium materials such as warm wood veneer, luxurious marble, and polished brass. Every element is designed to make a visual and emotional impact, creating a sense of timeless luxury.
Visitors experience a high-end atmosphere where history and craftsmanship become tangible. The Glass Box Restaurant is more than just a dining venue—it is a place where design, storytelling, and experience come together, and where the magic of aviation history can be felt in every detail.
